Worldwide Shipping.

We have been carefully packing and sending antique maps and prints to customers worldwide since 1991. Goldiers uses recycled materials as often as is practical. Small antique maps & prints are sent flat in large envelopes with a recycled stiffening card. Larger items are usually sent in tubes.

We pack and post orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm (Mountain Time) Monday to Saturday. Local US deliveries are usually 2-3 working days. Mid to east coast usually take 3-4 days. Please refer to the USPS website where a zip to zip estimator can give you and exact estimate.

Flat fee for multiple purchases. We only charge a delivery fee for your first item. There is no delivery charge for additional items.

Goldiers offers a full refund less shipping costs for all returned purchases regardless of the reason. US deliveries should be returned to us within 30 days in the original condition. Overseas deliveries should be returned to us within 60 days in the original condition.

If goods are damaged in transit a full refund will be issued including delivery costs subject to the following: Photographic evidence of damage to the packaging and contents may be required for the USPS insurance claim.

Returned packages can be sent signed for, or returned via a courier to this same address.

We charge no restocking fee.

Packages that are damaged, opened or go missing should be reported to us as soon as is possible so that we can start the claims procedure. Please use the contact us link on the home page or call us to start this process.

Please be aware that we are selling original old antique maps & prints that can sometimes get damaged in transit due to other circumstances such as condition of the paper, handling or the environment. We have & always will do our best to correct any problems in a timely manner. The prints & maps are all original unless otherwise stated.

Replacements for lost or damaged purchases can be rather difficult to find but we will do our very best to source a substitute or make a sensible suggestion.

If you would like to arrange your own courier service for your order we are happy to assist. There will be a small packing/admin fee for this delivery method where paperwork and or packaging are required.

Your USPS national tracking number is available upon request as is a copy of the USPS receipt.
